What cancer check should be done for the 20-29 year old age group?
Breast cancer: Do breast self-examination frequently. If a lump is found, or you have a family history of breast cancer, please go to a regular hospital for consultation and examination in time;
Cervical cancer: Do cervical cytology check every 3 years. If the cytological test is abnormal, HPV testing should be performed further. Even if you are vaccinated against HPV, follow this advice;
Upper digestive tract cancer: If you are Helicobacter pylori (Hp) positive, have a history of esophagus or stomach disease, have a family history of esophageal cancer or gastric cancer, please go to the hospital for consultation and examination in time;
Colorectal cancer: If you have family history of adenomatous polyposis or colorectal polyp, or family history of colorectal cancer, please go to the hospital for consultation and examination in time;

For colorectal cancer over 45 years old, fecal occult blood and colonoscopy should be performed; 40-44 years old, if you have family history of adenomatous polyposis or colorectal polyps, or family history of colorectal cancer, it is recommended that you do it once a year

Breast cancer: breast ultrasound and mammography should be performed once a year;

Upper gastrointestinal cancer: Endoscopy is recommended. If you have a history of esophagus or stomach disease, and a family history of esophageal cancer or gastric cancer, it is recommended that you take it once a year;
Colorectal cancer: Perform fecal occult blood and colonoscopy. If you have a family history of adenomatous polyposis or colorectal polyps, or a family history of colorectal cancer, it is recommended that you do it once a year;
Lung cancer: low-dose spiral CT examination once a year;
What cancer screening should be done for people over 65?
Breast cancer: It is recommended to have breast ultrasound and mammography examination every two years, or optionally, breast ultrasound and mammography examination should be carried out once a year under the doctor's recommendation;
Cervical cancer: If routine cervical examinations have been normal in the past 10 years, there is no need for any tests. Women with a history of severe cervical cancer should continue to be checked for 20 years after diagnosis
Upper gastrointestinal cancer: Endoscopy is recommended before the age of 69. After 70 years old, please consult a doctor and decide according to your own situation
Colorectal cancer: It is recommended to perform fecal occult blood and colonoscopy before 75 years old; 76-85 years old, please consult a doctor and decide according to your own situation; above 85 years old, screening is not recommended;
Lung cancer: Under the doctor’s recommendation, a low-dose spiral CT examination is performed annually. If you smoke, it is recommended that you do it once a year
